On a personal note, I grew up in Dubuque, Iowa, and have been an Indiana resident since 1984. I obtained my BBA from Iowa State University. Family is incredibly important to me, as I've been married to my wife, Trina, since 1988, and we are blessed with three beautiful children and six grandchildren. We love exploring Indiana State Parks and enjoy camping whenever possible.

Furthermore, I've been an active member of the Fairmount Lions Club for over 30 years, serving as its President since 2017. Through this involvement, we actively contribute to the improvement of our local community.
